It's Official

I'm under contract for this house.

The pictures on that website don't really do it justice, but I did take some pictures myself, which I have added to my myspace and facebook profiles. It's a nice little place, and the time and price are right.

We close on my 29th birthday, so for everyone out there who knows me personally, prepare yourselves to hear about the most expensive birthday gift I ever bought myself for the rest of my natural life.
